Ingredients
Chicken

Bruschetta Topping

Optional

Instructions
1. Make the Bruschetta
In a bowl, combine:
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Garlic
- Balsamic vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Mix and let sit while you cook the chicken.
2. Season the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with:
