
Greek Chicken Marinade Recipe
🐔 Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts (boneless, skinless)
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of 1 large lemon (about 3 tbsp)
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
Zest of 1 lemon (optional, for extra zing)
🥣 Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
In a bowl or zip-top bag, combine olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add chicken and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (but ideally 4–12 hours in the fridge for max flavor).
Cook the Chicken:
Grill: Preheat to medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F).
Stovetop: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a little oil and cook chicken 6–8 minutes per side.
Oven: Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.
Serve With:
Warm pita or rice

Tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill)
