- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 to 2 limes
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt to taste
- Splash of water to thin

- Marinate the chicken
Mix honey, chipotle, olive oil, lime juice, and seasoning. Coat the chicken and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Longer if you have time. - Grill it
Cook over medium high heat about 5 to 7 minutes per side until fully cooked. You want a little char for flavor. - Make the sauce
Blend avocado, sour cream, lime juice, garlic, and salt until smooth. Add a little water to get the consistency right. - Serve it up
Slice the chicken and drizzle the sauce over the top. Great with rice, veggies, or even wrapped in tortillas.
