Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
